PeerGuardian Allow List
After extensive searching, I was unable to come up with any solution to my PeerGuardian woes. Disabling it was the only sure-fire way to play Guild Wars without any issues. Not content, I decided to figure out my own solution. It's my PeerGuardian Allow List.

PeerGuardian doesn't do much anyway, but it gives people a false sense of security.
